Gotta be BIG for Honda to recall.
I had an Acura with a major tranny issue. Honda replaced the tranny, even though my Acura was out of warranty … but Honda never issued a recall for my issue - supposedly Honda was replacing trannies on a case-by-case bases for PR reasons.

The tranny stopped working in the middle of the highway.
Jerked me hard and then just stopped acting normal .. I replaced the tranny fluid twice, but that didn't help - tranny would be normal for a few days, then jerk and sputter and stop normal operation.
Never spit out fluid, though … I'll say that for it.
