Not talking about this baker as I've just come on and have no opinion - but - I have noticed that there seems to be some bias / favoritism creeping into the breads.
For awhile we were flagging false bakers but in general in full support of same as it is a volunteer position.
Have to accept that there is potential for abuse just like any other organization we can be infiltrated by those that work against our main cause.
NOTABLES are added to preserve potentially important data that can:

Be easily scanned upon 1st entering the fray.

Easily searched
have had many points not made notable that I felt should be recorded for those reasons but I keep my own records to make sure my observations can be checked if a new event warrants.
