Talking about swift justice which never happens in the country.
Just to bring up a point regarding swift justice. The fan in England who attacked a player was already sentenced to 14 weeks in jail.

Why can't we have a swifter justice system in the US?
This country needs massive tort reform.
My point in tort reform is a while back 45 mentioned that some countries have the right idea regarding certain crimes and drug dealing at any level should be a sentence of death.
