I know a lot of people dismiss CDAN but they have been doing serial blinds about a house on St. Charles which was reportedly used as a honeypot for blackmailing politicians, executives and hollywood types

Supposedly the "house of horrors" snagged a video of a presidential candidate who was filmed having sex with underage boys….who subsequently just "gave up" running his race even though it was well funded. Making the politician….Jeb Bush, Rick Perry, or Marco Rubio
