The contracts/grants have basically run their course. The checks are no longer in the mail.
I used to process govt grant checks back in the day. Sometimes they were late and the bosses would get very nervous. These fools never thought she would lose and were absolutely counting on these contracts being renewed or new ones granted for some other propaganda bullshit Hillary wanted to force on us.
