Good post and I agree. Trying to show how not-racist you are is cuckservative behavior. This is how the Bushes and Romneys of the party lose elections. Why are we trying to appeal to groups who hate us? We'll attract more support through strength and a no-fucks-given attitude than bending over for minority groups.
