I'm usually around at night but at different times. Depends on when I get a nap. If there's a gap between bakers, I collect notes. My favorite thing, try to include everything.
There seem to be an infinite number of ways to screw up baking. I am working my way through all of them.

Nice to meet you! I know there must be Hawaii anons around (despite all that blue map stuff) but never heard from anyone during graveyard, which would be late-ish evening in Hawaii. Prime time.
