Did anybody else read this in the Lisa Page docs day 1? The exoneration memo was changed by Priestap from 'President', to 'senior govt official' then removed.
It sounds like Ratcliffe/Gowdy is pointing out that they had written the exoneration letter for Clinton before even interviewing Clinton, but they were so sure that she was going to win that they were even exonerating Mrs President Hillary Clinton, then removed that when it became more clear she was NOT in fact going to win.
