>“So, upon the opening of the crossfire hurricane investigation, we had a number of discussions up through and including the Director regularly in which we were trying to find an answer to the question, right, which is, is there someone associated with the [Trump] campaign who is working with the Russians in order to obtain damaging information about Hillary Clinton,” Page said. “And given that it is August, we were very aware of the speed and sensitivity that we needed to operate under.”

Haven't yet read all of L. Page"s testimony. But am mighty curious why the "unbiased" FBI did not consider Russian oligarch payments to Bill for a speech and multimillion dollar "contributions" to the Clinton Foundation as potential evidence that there was possible collusion between the Clintons/Hillary's campaign and Russia that could be an unacceptable national security threat if Hillary became president.

Plus, why didn't anyone in the FBI brain trust consider that even if HRC lacked "intent" to directly share server contents, she might of had the intent of setting up an insecure server so patrons in other countries and governments could easily steal what they wanted. (Paid her for access?)

If the top brass were unbiased as Lisa claimed, its hard to not wonder if they weren't instead the stupidest people ever to work in the FBI.
