The same clown, Mouaz Moustafa, who filmed McStain's fake chem attack in Syria, is now calling on POTUS to save innocent civilians in Idlib. I guess we should just take his advice and assume that Assad, Iran, and Russia decided it would be good politics to bring a hell storm upon the Idlib province.
