Regarding Q's post on Free Thought (5643022) an important distinction:
Truths based on logic, reason & empiricism are certainly valuable HOWEVER not all truths can be understood by these methods. Historical inquiry, biblical revelation and "self-evident" truths are key to knowledge; the Founders certainly understood that. Aside from that caveat, I'm a big fan of "Free Thought."
