Not sure if anyone reading Page's testimony has posted on this yet:
POTUS' tweet of 1 Aug, where he referred to a 'lovely Lisa Page'…was a signal to her and the committee and other interested parties, that he had either read, or been briefed on Page's testimony, and was taking a personal interest in the matter.
On page 11 of Lisa Page's deposition she made an offhand pleasantry remark referring to the large gathering of committee and staff as 'this lovely body'.
After a couple decades in the criminal justice profession, I thought it an odd choice of words, and apparently POTUS did as well and made his point that this whole sordid affair (sic) was receiving the highest scrutiny.
