God bless sir.

What's really going to bake your noodle later on is:

Would you still have come to that self-empowerment, inner strength, and determination if you hadn't played that game?

Wasn't that a scene in a "demon tower" driving home the message that might always makes right and power is the ultimate goal in life? In a story titled "Devil May Cry" where the protagonist is the offspring of a demon?

Not trying to debate whether the game promotes occult philosophy (https://beginningandend.com/dmc-devil-may-cry-5-rise-of-satanic-video-games/).

Just saying that you build your character despite what you see in the world, not because of it. So it was you who made the choice to be strong; the story didn't give it to you. Others who played the game likely took other darker meanings and life lessons from the game that matched how they were on the inside.
