I believe that place(s) are your stereotypical spy universities. Rome/Italian=Vatican correct. I was reading bout Mifsud and others and it’s really hard to find a whole lotta info on the people mentioned in Papadopoulos adventure to the spoofy university and meeting spoofy people.
