It makes no sense that you're calculating using a 10 based system. SI system is very new and is a purely semantic construction. It really has no counterpart in reality, or nature if you will.
For star codes to work in reference to years, there would have to be something you can observe that has a base-10. The closest we have is 11, at least in the solar system, which is what governs most if not all of our functions.
I don't mean to be divisive but I think all of that stuff is a waste of time, at least on this board.
