I'm sorry to hear that anon. Ever tried the Dave Ramsey plan? I didn't have college loan debt, but major business loan debt comparable to medical student loan debt with a total middle class income and his plan was only thing that worked to climb out of it. Not quick and simple, takes a lot of time, effort and sacrifice, but if you have a plan and trust it, you can overcome it.

My spouse anon and I did that shit for years, it's like rowing a boat in opposite directions one at each end. I listened to Dave Ramsey for about 3 months before I got up the courage to put a stop to confront them and say we either work together as team or we're gonna keep heading nowhere fast and once we got together as a team, everything became possible. Don't give up hope also if you're busy enough, there are good answering services out there to get you through like Ruby Receptionists to take your calls when you're on the job (they can email you the messages and you can email clients back). Sorry for the slide, but just trying to help a fellow anon.
