Mueller says former Trump adviser Flynn's cooperation 'otherwise complete'

Rafiekian has pleaded not guilty and Flynn could be a witness at a trial scheduled to begin in July.

Flynn and Mueller's office had been given a deadline of March 13 to update U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan about Flynn's cooperation.
