this college scandal pretty much implodes the industry

because now people who owe 200K in student loans and actually did the work will look at the people who bought their diploma and did no work.

and say

if I owed 200K I would not pay because I know that suing the college would be useless but if I didn't pay the loan and enough people did not then the banks would sue the college

plus do you really think the banks did not know this was happening?
