I have been able to use "Mind Palace" in Controlled Remote View experiments.

I was getting about 80% of the targets.

 

I would open up what I called "a great hall way" with infinite amount of doors with rooms.

I am a very audible person, meaning I hear best, so I would imagine a AI asking me what I was looking for, then the doors would scroll until the right door was brought to me.

I would open the door, in my mind, and sit at a table like a briefing room.

The information I needed would be displayed on a screen in front of me.

Sometimes I would imagine people, like office workers telling me what the target was like.

I have found that the more imagination, the crazier and more alien the visuals, the more data I can get out of it.

Also the easier it is for me to remember what I saw, and in what context it was in.

 

For my briefing room I might make it its own by having a rude cleaning lady that was still mopping the floor when I entered.

Or a beautiful office worker in a red dress, with a folder ready to brief me on what it is I am looking for.

Normally the characters always seem to know what it is I am looking for, even if that means them putting the VHS tape in and hitting play for me.

Also I always like to be the boss, or someone with a right to know. That way there is no trouble getting the data, and things sorta flow.
