Khan is a Pakistani immigrant.
We don't know yet, the Lovely Lisa might have been the first to tell the truth, even if she totally hated Trump, and that hate was genuine.
But, being in the position she was in she HAD to know the Khan situation will bullshit and a total set up, so that excuse is just for the record.
