Saw clips of Biden talking to some firefighters yesterday. He sounded worn out. FOX (Laura Ingrahan or Shannon Breem?) was speculating he was going to announce his run for prez.

Just occurred to me that he was sounding so haggard because [they] are putting him out there to give the illusion that everything is normal. He didn't announce a run but made a cryptic statement about needing their support later, which can be taken 2 ways: support in running for prez - or - support if they unplug the swamp. FOX host commented about how out of it he was.
