Just because you killed someone doesn't automatically mean you are charged with anything. Intent is taken into serious account. Take for example: Attacker draws weapon, I draw my conceal carry, I drop the attacker with one to the chest. Attacker is killed. Defended myself and stood my ground. NO CHARGES I'M NOT A CRIMINAL. Don't mess with law abiding good people, we'll put lots of holes in you.
