In one of Q's latest posts, he asks who would would have SAP access needed for the data found on the HRC server. I immediately thought to myself "someone with Q clearance." No idea if that was what Q was intimating, but Moniz spent 6 years in the Clinton admin (4 as under secretary of energy) and was Sec of Energy for Obama's for the last 4 years in office. Wiki says he was lauded for his role in securing Iran deal as well.

Also wish I could find sauce for an article I recall reading written by a guy formerly in charge of managing SAP access in which he was calling out Hillary's server abuse. Anybody remember this?

Anyway just wanted to share my hunches with more adept diggers than myself.
