The numbers are always there. They exist for a reason, and are in the sequence they are because they must be. Therefore they have significance in all matters, regardless of which religion one adheres to.

It becomes automatic to run mental numbers on people, places, events, etc. For an individual, look at 2 main things—the birth # and the name #. The birth # is the DOB. Let's say an individual was born on April 17, 1985. This breaks down to 4 (month), 8 (addition of 1+7) and 5 (sum of 1985, reduced) Now add the 4,8,and 5, yielding 17, which reduces to 8. So the dominant life event # for the person is 8.

There are various systems….I prefer the 9 year cycle, though some use 12. Let's see what year the above hypothetical individual is in now, in 2019. The year reduces to 3. Add the person's dominant birth # (8)to it, which is 8+3=11, which reduces to 2. So the person in 2019 is in the 2nd year of a 9 year personal cycle. It is March, the 3rd month. Add the 2 of the year to the 3, yielding a 5 month for March. Add the day, 13=4 to the 5 month to yield a 9 day. So the person is in a 2 year, 5 month and 9 day on this date. All the numbers have significance as to "tendencies" that may play out via events, which is beyond the scope of this note.

Now look at the person's name, which provides clues to their personality & preferences. Say the person's name is Mary Eleanor Simpson. Each letter=a number, with the cycles repeating. So the #1 letters are A, J and S, etc. Mary adds to 21=3, Eleanor is 34=7 and Simpson is 33=6. 3, 7 and 6 are 16=7. So 7 is the dominant personality # for the individual.
