Heard on fox news that Paul Manafort was working with Kolmincik(?) (anonymous people saying he is a russian spy kek) and with the STATE DEPARTMENT in Ukraine.

That right there shows that the Obama administration and specifically HRCs state department knew about Paul Manafort and set him up. Apparantly the documents proving this are under seal by the Special Counsel due to “ongoing investigations”.
