The only way this is possible is by altering timestamps on Krass tweets to immediately follow POTUS timestamps. Those tweets include appropriate context (e.g. "broken and corrupt"), which would not be possible if timestamps were not altered. It should be possible to see this happen in real time - the Krass tweets would not immediately appear (on top), but would within a few seconds or tens of seconds.
