I've only got ~30min atm, have to literally bake for IRL fam. Will step-up to bake once IRL baking complete. o7
PIZZA DOUGH
4 cups flour
1 tsp active yeast
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cane sugar
12-14 oz water, room temp
2-3 tbsp olive oil
Mix the first 4 ingredients dry
Mix the next 3 ingredients in measuring cup
Slowly mix #2 into dry mix from #1, use mixer, scrape down the sides. Work in batches, SLOWLY pour.
Shape into dough, let rise 2 hours, in lightly greased bowl covered with plastic
Either use immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days, flavor will enhance while in fridge (if resting in fridge, allow 30m-1hr to come to room temp when taking out)
