Could this be a move that allows her to be hired as a consulting attorney for all of her co-conspirators so they can avoid testifying against each other claiming attorney client privilege? Not a lawyer, so leave that to you law experts if that makes sense. But I seem to

recall her hiring people during email gate to avoid having them testify against her too. I may not recall the correct scandal though.
