Did a Foreign State gain access to the server?
Did a Foreign State gain access to the SAP/SCI material on the server?
DOES ONE CONCLUDE THE INVESTIGATION WAS NOT CONDUCTED PROPERLY?
DOES ONE CONCLUDE ALL STATEMENTS MADE BY THE FBI (THINK NO HACK OF SERVER AS SINGLE EXAMPLE) COULD BE FALSE?

I am posting from a position of near anonymity and enough plausible deniability to evade prosecution, as we have all been given gag orders. There is enough for her and the entire government to be brought down. There already is enough to indict. Comey has been trying to stall because he does not want to face the Clinton Machine, as well as the rest of Washington D.C.
SAPs – All I can tell you about the SAPs is HRC had them, and she did not have proper authority to have any of them. They were leaked to her by someone, and she did sell them to overseas donors. Possessing them alone makes her guilty of treason. Sec. [of State] CAN have access. That does not mean he/she WILL. SAP is granted on a need to know basis, and HRC did not have any need to know any of the programs on her server.
The Clinton Foundation (CF) – The real point of interest is the Clinton Foundation, not the e-mail server. BC likely wanted LL to focus on the e-mail server and shy away from prosecuting the foundation. [The Foundation]

What do 64.94.172.146 and 24.187.234.187 have in common? Both were concurrent IP addresses of the Clinton Crime Foundation and Crooked SoS.
The fact that both of these email servers have the same IP address means that they were operating on the same network, and sharing physical space. It is also possible that they were operating on different machines on the same network, which still means that the machines would have to be close enough to exist in the same physical location.
