Well Cobra is the call sign for the day it appears. They always change so it can be anything. But today we have seen a ton of Cobras all over the map and the plane is often used to transfer people from point A to B. Cobra 75 was under a USAF tag in the Bay Area (no base around which houses that type of plane) then made a beeline to Nellis (headed there now). So my assumption is they grabbed someone from Bay Area and Cobra75 is moving them to Nellis
