Cobra75 over Edwards AFB in SoCal near another BE20 that's circling in a manner that I would guess is pilot training.
I'm not too convinced there's anything special with the Cobra* callsigns, esp. in light of anon's mil callsigns post in LB.
Who decided we should monitor Cobra*, and do they still think so?

Another argument you didn't raise – could it be raised? – is that voting by illegals disenfranchises citizens by diluting their vote. I don't know exactly what statute applies here; it just seems common sense.
