Espionage and treason. The espionage is proven. The treason probably could easily be proven. It pisses me off that everyone talks as if she should have been charged with gross negligence when that was only being considered because she was caught and they thought they had to attach some charge. But it's clearly espionage at face value. It's known her intent was to circumvent. End of story.

No doubt the admissions procedures allow LOTS of room to exercise personal judgment in the selection process. So unless it was a bribe and I'm sure it wasn't because it's a CIA nigger training school and this gayblade probably got a full scholarship.
