The DOJ declined prosecuting Hillary (or hiLARRY, as I call the fucking lesbo bitch) for the reason that the gross negligence statute had only been applied to military cases where classified information was lost.

As a lawanon, I can unequivocally say that is the BIGGEST PILE OF BULLSHIT EXCUSE to ever be applied to such a situation.

It wasn't gross negligence. At least, it was a willful and wanton disregard of security procedures.

But we all know it was moar than that.

Poasted this last bread but it didn't get traction.

Shitty job, but I'm not working with anything fancy. Would love to see someone with photoshop take this and run with it.

BTW, anons here have been saying, "Only the President can authorize…" or "Only the SecArmy, SecNav, etc., can authorize…"

Horseshit. THE ORIGINATING AUTHORITY THAT CONTROLS THE INTELLIGENCE CAN AUTHORIZE. That is how classification works.

Bigger question is -

Who "owned" the SCIF that the information was "stolen" from?

Sorry, Grammar Nazi - Who owned the SCIF from which the information was stolen?
