It's my understanding that they cancel each other out.

It's funny you say that, because, while I didn't mean to ask for more suggestions, Ashwaganda is also a favorite of mine. Thanks anon. If I could, I'd also recommend Rhodiola, Eleuthero, and someone recommended Schisandra to me recently.
