I was looking through old paperwork and deleting shit I didn't need and ran into this video that I forgot to bring up in December when Fraud O'Rourke was at the border. I recalled seeing this and saying to myself that he was acting oddly and sending messages to someone.
First and foremost, I have never learned how to pin the video with the other method and I bring this up because if this does turn out legitimate then they will likely very quick like delete this video so if someone can use the other video method that would be appreciated.
Anyhow, at 1:41 in the video I want you to watch closely. That isn't normal behavior and he specifically calls attention to Texas Southern University while speaking about ICE. So I checked and ICE was at Texas Southern University over that period. My theory is he was using the broadcast to signal to traffickers and drug runners to avoid that cartel route.
I have found other similar videos with him where he wears clothing and makes it a point to act very oddly and then bring up ICE only to stand into the camera and show a pin, or a hat, or a shirt. This is not normal and I believe Beto is using this method to send messages as it always comes up when he brings up ICE so I can only surmise it is a message on routes being looked at or closed down to alert them to use other methods
