From what I recall Brennan was added to this meme after it was made and someone requested it…which is why he is missing from some of them… that was a ways back.
You're right, he did, but I think that meme was already created by an anon before Q asked for him to be added- this was months ago. There are copies of this meme with Brennan in them if you go back in the breads a few months.
