>>5657929 “Lisa Page: Hussein DOJ Ordered FBI Not to Prosecute HRC”
I’ve seen this headline all day, in many different sites, I want to point out that this headline is deceptive, the DOJ didn’t order the FBI not to prosecute HRC. first the FBI doesn’t prosecute after their investigation they make a recommendation and transfer the case to the DOJ their evidence and suggested indictment and prosecution.
Second, the DOJ didn’t order the FBI not to prosecute, the DOJ interpreted the law of “gross negligence” and the likelihood of success in the prosecution; so the DOJ passed on to the FBI that they thought the charge of “gross negligence” was constitutionally vague and they wouldnt indict or prosecute her on that charge because they would lose.
Their decision was saying that if you can’t find intent of HRC and team to break the law, they wouldn’t prosecute her on gross negligence because in their opinion they would lose. I’m not saying that their interpretation wasn’t right, as a matter of fact I’m trying to make time to find cases where others have been successfully prosecuted for gross negligence, and the FBI disagreed with their interpretation but had to abide by it, because they don’t try cases, the DOJ does.
We as anons should not assume a headline thats salacious is true, especially if it leaves out important facts, and we really shouldn’t repeat them over and over. The only reason I know these details is I read both transcripts of Lisa Pages testimony.
Since we are the news now, we must do better. Myself included
Just a reminder
