Why is it taking so long for the North Korea situation to be resolved?

Q says KJU was just a puppet…I assume whoever was controlling (Clowns in America) is no longer in control and the strings have been cut.

So why is it taking so long to see progress being made on that front? Why hasn't the reintegration process begun yet?
