I've been watching Chicago PD from the beginning. At the moment I am up to season 5 episode 15.

This episode aired on 28th of February 2018 and is titled 'Sisterhood'. The synopisis of the story is:

'After the body of a rape victim turns up, the Intelligence unit discovers the perpetrators of the crime dead and castrated. The investigation forces the team to work with street gangs in order to solve the murders.'

I am 18:43 mins into the episode and they have given the name of 'Q' to one of the bad guys, if not THE bad guy doing the dick cutting.

Going to qmap.pub, there were no Q drops on this day. Around this date though (before and after) there were Q drops were about Snowden, messages to operators in the field, and others.

This episode occurred 4 months after Q appeared on the 27th/28th October 2017. Season 5 premiered on the 27th September 2017, so I highly doubt that the writers/producers cobbled together this episode at short notice. I don't know the lead time for filming each season, whether the season starts with episodes filmed as the season progresses or whether a whole season is filmed beforehand.

But I just wanted to put this out there to let people know that it looks like (((they))) were knocking Q near the beginning in a subliminal way.
