Mom sent us down to play with the neighborhood kids who had measles so we could get them over with during summer break! LOL Mumps were uncomfortable but nothing to go scorched earth over.
Scarlet fever was a concern but Mom just kept us in a dark room for a few days. Something about the eyes being affected. But no issues there, either. We were healthy kids. Chicken pox…All of it. Healthy kids. Normal kids.

I think it is from trying to take a 'global' approach to immunization. Perhaps the virus in different geograaphical and demographical populations was different than 'our' American strains. Ours were simple childhood illnesses. Now they are tagged as some virulent diseases! Have the 'diseases' changed or just the extreme vaccination variances changed?
What are you talking about? We HAD those childhood communicable illnesses and none of them were severe enough to warrant unkown vaccinations to prevent them. The illnesses were not a problem. No one died (in America) of these normal childhood afflictions. No need for unknown chemical constructed 'serums' to prevent them. No need at all.

There is no Catchj and Release happening. NONE are getting released into US. Mexico has massive 'holding centers' all along the border and they are caught and sent back to those camps.
