When I was digging Huneeus a while back, I found this Huneeus reference odd. A Failing NYT article described Huneeus as a "subversive" to Salvador Allende. Huneeus said he was tipped he was about to be arrested and that's the reason he claimed he fled Chile for Argentina where he met Bronfman Gee I wonder who coulda tipped him off? I didn't continue down that rabbit hole but it seemed important.
Allende was the first marxist to be elected president of Chile, he was eventually ousted by a Clown backed coup. So there's the clowns and Huneeus again.
