It ran into trouble because it was trying to use eminent domain to obtain properties.

This is the third time I have ran across cabal-type people buying property along the border for development. One other I remember now is the Butterfly Farm on the border, all supported by a developer.

It seems the cabal may have had a plan to buy up all of the land on the border for 'development'. Was it to prevent a wall from being built? Is it to make it easier for trafficking by hiding crossings and tunnels.

Doesn't Bezo own property near the border building his clock?

Actually, I don't see how Mueller could have controlled all of those working under him. I think most cooperated with Mueller working for Trump, but there were one or two rogue ones who were secretly protecting Clinton. I also think that the 'FISA working both ways' may be speaking to the FISAs that Session's DOJ had on those rogue operators.

I think white hats were tracking all of those working for Mueller, but Mueller may have been the only one to know, assuming he even knew.
