Theory

Plane crashes in US and around the world are designed for multiple purposes, but mainly to ensure Chinas dominance in the airframe market. The reason these black boxes are being denied access to for the NTSB is that the data would show

the planes were remote piloted to crash. CIA storming the NK embassy shows desperation (traitors) and that they are still active in Europe. Would not doubt these rogue agents are able to get their hands on boxes and scrub data IOT support narrative of unsafe airframes manufactured by Boeing.
