I agree.The word " black" in front of magic is considered a dependent word and the use of dependent words suggests the person had something else on his mind than what he was referring. Here is a similar situation in which dependent word was used and Peter Hyatt's analysis of it's meaning.

If I am properly understanding Peter Hyatt and this use of "Black" in front of magic, I would say Strzok is covering up the fact that weiner's laptop had black magic or satanic rituals info on it.
