RINOs and Ds are against this because if a next president decides to rescind DJT's EO, that would mean having to issue an EO to tear down the wall.
A new POTUS, RINOs and Ds would have to explain to America why there's a need to tear down a wall that has proven to successfully reduce illegal immigration, drug traffic, human trafficking, crime, and lessen the burden on welfare entitlements.
The House and Senate do not work for the American people. There is no excuse to protect foreigners over and above lawful Americans.
