I'm an older anon and my only advice is to conduct yourself with humility, dignity and kindness. It has served me well during very difficult times when I was targeted by hate (non political).
I was happy after many years of being targeted by ex spouse family to have them show up at my door one day years later and ask for forgiveness and that they had watched me conduct my life and couldn't label me anymore. Now these people are my friends.
