House Unanimously Votes For Mueller Report to be Made Public

On Thursday, the House unanimously voted for Robert Mueller’s report to be made public.

The non-binding resolution, which was introduced by House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY), who argued there is an “overwhelming public interest” in Mueller’s report, was passed in a 420-0 vote.

“It is important that Congress stand up for the principle of full transparency. At a time when the president has publicly attacked the Russian investigation more than 1,100 times and counting. Among other things, the president has repeatedly referred to the investigation as a witch hunt and called it a hoax, rigged, and a scam,” Jerry Nadler said on the floor. “This resolution is also needed because high-ranking DOJ. officials have indicated that they may not release –– that they may not release information about individuals who are not indicted.”

Republican Representatives Paul Gosar (AZ), Matt Gaetz (FL), Thomas Massie (KY) and Justin Amash (MI) voted ‘present’ on Thursday.

“I’ve said to millions of Americans on television that I support releasing the Mueller report,” Gaetz told The Hill.

According to the special counsel rules, Robert Mueller has to submit a “confidential” report to the attorney general. The rules do not require the attorney general to share the report with Congress or even make it public.

The Democrats have already vowed to fight like hell to get their hands on the report — they will even use subpoena power to obtain Mueller’s report.

Attorney General Bill Barr said during his confirmation hearings that he wants to be as transparent as possible with Mueller’s report “consistent with the rules and the law.”

Democrats also fear that Mueller’s report will be anticlimactic which is why they have launched additional ‘Trump-Russia’ investigations to harass President Trump.

Mueller is reportedly wrapping up his investigation although his team if already funded through September.

Mueller’s top prosecutor, Andrew Weissmann, a corrupt DC swamp dweller, stepped down on Thursday — many speculate AG Bill Barr gave Weissmann the boot.

Mueller’s report will be very damaging to President Trump and will be used as fodder by the Democrats to attack Trump during the 2020 election cycle.

'How to spot a Jew': Front-page headline in Polish paper openly sold in parliament sparks fury

Shocked Polish lawmaker discovered that the newsstand in the nation's parliament offered a newspaper with instructions on how to spot Jews by name and face, and tackle their "disinformation activities."

Right-wing Polish-language weekly Tylko Polska (Only Poland) ran a story with the headline 'How to spot a Jew'. The purpose of the jarring article was to teach readers about the "names, anthropological features, expressions, appearances, character traits, methods of operation" of Jews, along with their "disinformation activities," it said on the front page.

The text also read: "How can they be defeated? This can't go on any longer!" The front page contained a photo of Polish-born US historian Jan Gross, whose works on Polish compliance in the Holocaust during the Nazi occupation has made him a frequent target of the nation's right-wingers.

The paper, published by a local nationalist politician, was openly sold at a newsstand located in the Polish parliament building, where it was discovered by lawmaker Michal Kaminski. "I consider it an absolute scandal that such obscene papers are sold here in the Sejm [parliament], as if they were taken straight from the Nazi-era press," he told reporters.

The incident sparked outrage on social media and led critics to accuse the government of inaction against hate speech.

"What do politicians say now?" one person wrote. "Poland is a country free from anti-Semitism? There are no nods to racism and nationalism?"

Another called the situation "a disgrace for the Polish parliament."

The fact that the inflammatory paper was sold in the open "unfortunately demonstrates the stubborn ignorance or even toleration of anti-Semitism in the political mainstream," Polish anti-racism group 'Never Again Association' told the media.

The publication was strongly condemned by Abraham Foxman of the Anti-Defamation League.

How sad for Poland and the Jewish people that anti-Semitism continues in so many forms and in so many places in today's Poland.

Ex-Obama Official Tried Pulling Strings To Have Smollett Case Transferred To FBI; Told To Pound Sand

Michelle Obama's former Chief of Staff, Tina Tchen, attempted to have the Jussie Smollett case transferred from the Chicago Police Department to the FBI, according to texts and emails released by the Cook County State's Attorney's Office.

Tchen, a Chicago-based attorney, reached out on Feb. 1 to Chicago's top prosecutor Kim Foxx - telling her that the "Empire" actor's family had "concerns" about the investigation.

Smollett was considered at the time to be the victim of an assault, however the actor was subsequently charged with disorderly conduct for filing a false police report in connection with a staged hate crime. Last week, a Chicago grand jury slapped Smollett with a 16 count indictment for lying to the police - to which he pleaded not guilty on Thursday.

"Spoke to the Superintendent Johnson," Foxx emailed Tchen on Feb. 1, in reference to Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson. "I convinced him to Reach out to FBI to ask that they take over the investigation."

Foxx also texted with one of Smollett's relatives whose name was redacted from the text release, saying: "Spoke to the superintendent earlier, he made the ask … Trying to figure out logistics. I’ll keep you posted."

"OMG this would be a huge victory" the family member texted back.

"I make no guarantees, but I'm trying" replied Foxx - who recused herself from the case on Feb. 20.

Foxx recused herself from the investigation before Smollett was charged. Her first deputy, Joe Magats, is overseeing the case.

Foxx said in an interview with the Chicago Sun-Times that Smollett's family was concerned that aspects of the police investigation were being leaked to media.

“They had no doubt about the quality of the investigation, but believed that the FBI would have a tighter lid on the information,” Foxx told the outlet.

Anthony Guglielmi, the police department's chief spokesman, said Foxx conveyed the request to Johnson that Tchen and the Smollett family member wanted the FBI to take over the investigation. -USA Today

Police Finally Test Old Rape Kits and 1,000 Rapists—Who’ve Been Walking Free—Were Arrested

Police are finally testing rape kits going back months, years and, in some cases, decades and hundreds of serial rapists are being taken off the streets.

In the land of the free, those tasked with ‘protecting’ society — often and with extreme prejudice — fall far short of providing anything resembling actual safety. Instead, law enforcement in America often chooses profit over people. One particularly egregious example of this choice is the fact that tens of thousands of raids on people for suspected illegal substances take place every year, while hundreds of thousands of rape kits collect dust in police departments across the country.

If you were murdered today, there’s only a 60% chance of police catching the person who did it. That number drops to 3% if you’re raped. 50 years ago, that number was much higher. What happened?

The answer to that question can be found by looking at where police allocate much of their time and resources.

Civil asset forfeiture pays. Busting low-level drug dealers by the dozen and confiscating their drugs, guns, cars, houses, and money pays. Writing tickets for victimless crime pays. Pulling you over for window tint, seat belts, arbitrary traveling speeds, and expired license plates; these are the things that pay—not solving crimes.

In criminal justice, clearance rates are used as a measure of crimes solved by the police. The clearance rate is calculated by dividing the number of crimes that are “cleared” (a charge being laid) by the total number of crimes recorded.

In the United States, the murder clearance rate in 1965 was more than 90 percent. Since the inception of the war on drugs, the murder clearance rate has plummeted to an average of less than 65 percent per year.

This decline is in spite of there being far fewer murders. It is also in spite of new technological developments to help police solve crimes, like DNA testing, advanced forensic labs, and unethical spying devices like the stingray.

Despite the near complete erosion of the constitutional protections against unlawful search and seizure, the clearance rate for murder continued its free fall. This highlights the fact that no matter how many rights are given up or freedoms diminished, police cannot guarantee your safety.

While police are failing to investigate murders, the rate at which they are ignoring rape is nothing short of criminal.

Every 98 seconds, someone is sexually assaulted in the United States.

Gambino Crime Boss Frank Cali Killed Outside His Home

Mob boss Francesco “Franky Boy” Cali, of the Gambino crime syndicate, was fatally shot outside his home in Staten Island Wednesday night, police sources said.

Cali, 53, was shot in the chest six times by an unidentified gunman who sped away in a blue pickup truck, reported The New York Daily News. Cali’s wife and children were inside his large brick home when it happened around 9:20 p.m., police sources told The New York Post.

He was declared dead at Staten Island University Hospital North.

Cali, who had Sicilian lineage, is part of a “resurgence” in mob activity and reportedly concentrated on the heroin and OxyContin trade, according to The New York Post.

The Gambino crime family has been in the spotlight for years because of its high-profile former leaders, the late John Gotti and his son John “Junior” Gotti. The elder John Gotti grandson, also named John Gotti, was arrested on drug charges in the summer of 2016 in an investigation dubbed “Operation Beach Party.”

Cali is the first mob boss to be taken out since John Gotti Sr. orchestrated the assassination of then-Gambino boss Paul Castellano in 1985, according to The New York Post.

It’s unclear whether Cali’s murder was carried out by a rogue actor or approved by other members of the Italian American mafia in New York City. Police sources described Cali’s murder as “disrespectful” because it happened right outside his family home.

Cali was “a real quiet old-school boss,” a police source told The New York Post. He only had one criminal conviction, for extortion in 2008.

‘Influencing human behavior’: UK MoD-funded psychological research project leaked

The UK Defense Ministry is actively looking for a contractor for its new psychological research, which is allegedly aimed at boosting troops’ performance and well-being. Some details of the project are quite unnerving, though.

The ministry’s agency known as the Defense Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL) has been seeking contributions from specialists in the fields of psychiatry, neuroscience and social sciences that would help the military shape its future strategies and policies. The University of Cambridge was particularly shortlisted by the DSTL among the four organizations it said were eligible for taking part in an almost £70 million ($92.4 million) research program known as the Human and Social Sciences Research Capability (HSSRC).

At first glance, the whole study appears to be mostly aimed at supporting the troops and improving their performance in the rapidly changing environment of the “21th century in the UK and globally.” Five out of six research areas listed in the Cambridge tender bid that gives a detailed insight into what appears to be the nature of the project are dealing with typical personnel issues pretty much every country’s military could face nowadays.

The list includes providing “novel approaches… to support delivery of a sufficient, capable, motivated and cost-efficient workforce,” helping the military to develop necessary skills, optimizing personnel performance and improving the troops’ psychological and physical health.

Boosting army’s image?

The sixth area, however look far less innocent as it is called “understanding and influencing human behavior” and requires any future Defense Ministry partners to develop “information activities and outreach…as non-kinetic components of military full spectrum effects” as well as to enable “messaging of the UK domestic and Defense internal audiences that promotes attraction … of our people (military and civilian).”

Trump: Brexit Negotiation Went ‘Badly’, PM May ‘Didn’t Listen’ to My Advice

As the deteriorating political situation in the United Kingdom makes headlines worldwide, U.S. President Donald Trump has made two separate sets of remarks on Britain’s withdrawal from the European Union in one day, lamenting Theresa May’s failure to heed his advice but praising the “unlimited” potential of a new trade deal with Britain.

The U.S. President took to Twitter on Thursday morning to talk up the future trade deal he hopes the U.S. will be able to strike with a newly liberated UK in the future, should it ever succeed in leaving the European Union.

Striking similar tones to those he and his ambassador to London have made recently about the enormous potential for a trade deal, Trump wrote that “The potential is unlimited” for a “large scale” trade deal between the two allied nations.

But more significant remarks came as the President held a photo call with Irish prime minister Leo Varadkar, who was visiting Washington to kick off St Patrick’s day celebrations. Speaking to journalists, the President revealed that he’d given advice to Theresa May on how to conduct negotiations but his words went unheeded.

Speaking after Brexit negotiations appear to have totally collapsed and as May faces losing control of her own Brexit process in London, Trump said: “I’m surprised at how badly it has all gone from a standpoint of negotiations, but I gave the Prime Minister my ideas of how to negotiate it, she didn’t listen to that and that’s fine but it could have been negotiated in a different manner.”

EU Parliament head says “Mussolini government did good things too”

The president of the European Parliament, Antonio Tajani, was again branded a secret fascist sympathizer after saying the government of Benito Mussolini did some good things for Italy, RT.com reports.

The Italian EU politician offered some cautious praise to the policies of the notorious dictator and ally of Adolf Hitler during World War II when he appeared on a popular Radio 24 news show. Tajani acknowledged that Mussolini did a lot of terrible things – from joining forces with Nazi Germany, which was a suicidal move for Italy, to imposing anti-Jewish racial laws, to possibly being behind the assassination of his political opponent, Giacomo Matteotti, who was killed by members of the fascist secret police.

But, “he did positive things to realize infrastructures in our country,” Tajani said.

“One must be objective. I’m not a fascist, I have never been a fascist and I don’t share his political thought, but if we must be honest, he built roads, bridges, buildings… he reclaimed many parts of our Italy.”

Despite the hemming and hawing, many were angered by his words, including fellow EU officials. Some said he is secretly exactly what he said he is not – a fascist sympathizer.

Tajani responded to the criticism, reiterating that he is anti-fascist and accusing critics of manipulating his words.

“Shame on those who manipulate what I’ve allegedly said on fascism. I’ve always been a convinced anti-fascist, I will not allow anyone to suggest otherwise. The fascist dictatorship, racial laws and deaths it caused are the darkest page in Italian and European history”, he wrote on Twitter.

The Italian politician saw a similar wave of accusations in February after he took part in a ceremony to commemorate the deaths of Italian soldiers killed by Yugoslav partisans during World War II. Some people, including the Slovenian president and prime minister, said the speeches delivered there, in which the killings were compared to ethnic cleansing, were “historical revisionism.”

Tajani immediately apologized for causing offence, saying he did not intend to hurt anyone’s feelings.

“In my speech, I wanted to highlight the path to peace and reconciliation between the Italian, Croatian and Slovenian peoples and their contribution to the European project,” he said in a statement.

Mussolini was one of many right-wing European political leaders who allied with Hitler’s Nazi Germany and ended up suffering the consequences. For him the choice proved fatal, after he was caught and summarily executed by Italian partisans. Others fared better. Spain’s Francisco Franco remained neutral in the war and remained in power till 1975 as a treasured NATO ally. Finland’s Carl Mannerheim maneuvered his country from fighting against the Soviet Union alongside the Nazis to signing a separate armistice and fighting a new war against retreating German troops.

Cologne NYE Sex Attacks: 650 Police Complaints Filed – Just Three Men Convicted

Just three men were convicted of carrying out sex attacks during the notorious events on New Year’s Eve 2015 in Cologne, despite more than 600 women filing complaints of sexual assault, local media reports.

By January 2016, a couple of weeks after the evening’s events saw mobs of migrants launch group sex attacks on unsuspecting German women, and robbing revellers indiscriminately, a total of 1,304 people had come forward to report crimes ranging from pickpocketing to gang rape.

But despite all promises to bring the full force of the law against the perpetrators, from figures including Angela Merkel — whose office issued a statement alleging the Chancellor had “expressed outrage over these vicious attacks and sexual assaults” — only a handful of men were ever convicted for crimes committed on the night.

While 661 women filed complaints of sexual assault, just three men were found guilty of sex offences, two of whom — an Iraqi and an Algerian — received only suspended sentences, according to the German news weekly, Der Spiegel.

It reported that the third, a Libyan man found guilty of groping women at the New Year’s festivities, was reportedly ordered to serve one year and nine months in prison for two counts of assault, and for immigration law violations.

An investigation into court records in Cologne found the three were convicted only thanks to the existence of ‘selfie’ photographs of the perpetrators and their victims, taken prior to the attacks, while the majority of women who came forward to report crimes had lacked any means to identify their assailants.

Arch globalist Tony Blair ‘secretly advising’ Macron on how to sabotage Brexit

According to a prominent British newspaper, the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Tony Blair, has taken part in secret briefings with leaders of foreign countries in an effort to thwart the UK’s effort to leave the EU.

The preeminent globalist politician, who’s perhaps best-known for leading his countrymen into the Iraq War before he vacated government to assume several exceedingly profitable advisory and speaking roles which netted him tens of millions of pounds, has been covertly briefing France’s embattled President on how to prevent the UK from leaving the EU.

According to Britain’s Daily Telegraph, which cites ‘Sources in Paris’, fellow globalist politician Emmanuel Macron has been given advice from Tony Blair on how to prevent Brexit. The newspaper reported that Blair has also met with Jean-Claude Junker, the President of the European Commission, to discuss Brexit, advising the EU to give absolutely no concessions to Britain, and that such tactics would cause British leaders to give up on Brexit entirely.

In 2018, Breitbart London reported that Michael Barnier, the EU’s staunch Euro-Federalist Brexit negotiator had held meetings with the Tony Blair Institute.

These most recent claims come after a line that was reported by The Times on Sunday, which claimed, also citing sources, that Blair had communicated to Macron, “You’ve got to hold firm and then we’ll end up staying.”

A member of British parliament who spoke to The Telegraph about the allegations regarding Blair’s underhanded activities expressed that a former prime minister working against the interests of his own nation by supporting foreign powers to undermine the UK’s sovereignty was unprecedented in contemporary British history. The politician described Blair’s behavior as “totally unacceptable.”

When The Telegraph reached out to Mr. Blair to give him a chance to respond to these allegations, a spokesperson working for him stated, “We don’t comment on private meetings.”

Blair’s recent behavior is only the latest in a series of moves made during his relentless lobbying campaign against the British people’s decision to leave the EU which began when he joined forces with former Conservative party leader John Major to support then Prime Minister David Cameron’s push to dissuade voters from voting leave in the run-up to the 2016 Brexit decision. Just days after Brits voted to leave the EU, Blair shifted his strategy and began campaigning for a second referendum.

In the following two weeks after the referendum, he claimed that individuals who had voted to remain felt “disenfranchised”, and that the case for Brexit had “crumbled”.

Last year, Blair continued his crusade against the British people’s decision to leave the EU when he addressed an audience in Portugal, declaring “I am 100 percent opposed to Brexit… Up to the very end, I am going to do everything I can to stop it.”
