Not sure how vital it is right now, but…

The people responsible for the program allowing twitter censoring and banning (Jack referred to them as his "three friends") are ANDY REAGAN, PETER SHERIDAN DODDS, and CHRIS DANFORTH. They developed the framework of the program at the University of Vermont, and are now operating as QUOKKA LABS.

I'll get the evidence up as soon as I figure out how to post it but I'm 99.9% positive of this.
