This is not hard people. Forget Mike Rogers. FBI did not tell Potus about Crossfire. So how was, in the eyes of the FBI, supposed to obstruct what he doesn't know about.

Secondly, Rogers telling Potus he was being recorded DOES NOT inform him about a counter intelligence operation. geez.

You are still missing the point and this is the last time I will try. How could the FBI charge with obstruction when they did not tell him they had a counter-intel op on him? That is all that matters. There is no obstruction if he did not 'legally' know there was an investigation against him. If you can not understand this basic principle, there is nothing I can do to convince you.

My God I can't believe you still don't get it. The FBi can't charge him for obstructing an investigation he was not suppose to know about. It does NOT matter whether he was secretly told. Put it this way: if the FBI did not tell Potus there was an investigation, he could not have obstructed in any way.
