Here is an even more interesting question: If FB is owned or even operated by the c_a, how is this legally possible to begin with? Their charter specifically prevents them from operating DOMESTICALLY without a liaison agency attached. (ex FBI) I would love to know who signed off on all of this and which domestic 3 letter agency it was.
